Bed was top, we are both 180cm/190cm,. Two metro stations are within walking distance.

The restaurant here offers a great view of the Pudong area. 🌆 the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is well-lit.

Location: the hotel was so close to other areas from due to the taxi situation and the shops and which seemed to be a normal one. The service was excellent and the pool was nice.

The hotel rooms are well-maintained with a double bed. The location is decent and they have parking onsite. Need to be mentioned that there were good choice of restaurants to eat, like Dashi Dai that was only 25 minutes' walk away. The rooftop restaurant in the venue is large, has special dishes...

The hotel offers quiet rooms with outstanding service. All staff members are extremely friendly. - the location is particularly good, being near a metro station. - Pudong district is worth exploring and spending time in.

Personnel was extremely helpful. Very kind, and knowledgeable of the city. They went beyond their call of duty helping me when I lost my wallet in China and I had to go pick it up from the local police station. They sent a bellman with me to the station, and he helped me get my wallet with all my contents back. It was a very impressive service, that I didn't really expect to receive. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their help.

The main problem with the hotel is the air conditioning system in the rooms. Their thermostats in the rooms are only able to control the fan speed but if you select a cooler temperature, the a/c would never cool off below 18c. It was so humid and hot in the city, that the room felt damped all the time and the bed felt wet. Called maintenance and the only thing they did was to put the fan in high, but the temperature never went down. It was very uncomfortable. We had two rooms in different floors and both of them were the same way.

This venue has a great location only 5 miles away from the city center and offers a fantastic restaurant with a view of the Pudong area.

Just 10 minutes by taxi to Shanghai Expo

Food assortment so pure and bad quality. Incredible for this type of hotel. The same situation in Hainan Crowne Plaza I was last year. Also be careful with a bill. I paid half board but when I was checking out responsible person in reception forgot it and put to the account dinner twice that why I'm forced to ask them to count an account. Well that checked up!

There was no wireless interney in the rooms. No pay per view movie channels. İ had some problems with the shower head which should be cleaned yearly to ease water flow.
